An SR-22 is the State’s way of knowing that you have insurance by keeUpdateping in contact with your insurance company. There are two different kinds of SR-22s in the State of New Hampshire: Operator only, and Owner/operator. So which one do you choose?

The SR-22 is a form required by the state of NH for individuals to allow them to have a license, the simple fact of the SR-22 is that it is a form that is shared between an Insurance company and the state.

An insurance policy is like a vehicle. You
may have had it for a long time, or you may have just obtained it. But
as with most things in life, an insurance policy, new or old, requires
attention, patience, and care. If you follow all of the provisions, then
taking care of your policy is as easy as paying your monthly premium,
(when it is due of course!), and you're covered! This is similar to
changing the oil to keep the car running clean and smooth. However
nothing is as simple as it seems. Certain incidents can be detrimental
to both your vehicle and your Insurance policy. Be it an accident for
which you are (or not) at fault, or driving while intoxicated--which we
encourage you not to do--both affect your vehicle and the
accompanying insurance policy that covers it. A DWI would make for a
very lonely and immobile vehicle and quite a pricey charge on your
policy.

An SR-22 is a document that is shared between an Insurance
company and the State of New Hampshire. The simple fact of the SR-22 is
that it
is a form required by the State of NH to allow you to have your driver’s
license by purchasing an insurance policy.
By having this insurance coverage, the financial burden of a loss
to
your vehicle or another person and their vehicle is transferred and
placed on
the insurance company

When required by the State of New
Hampshire, an individual will have to purchase auto insurance. The sr-22
is a form that notifies the State of NH that you have at least the
minimum liability on your vehicle or on your license. In New Hampshire
the minimum liability required is 25/50/25 with uninsured and
underinsured motorist equal, and medical payment coverage of $1000.
